DOA Policy
Coral orders are guaranteed to arrive alive. They are not returnable. In the event they arrive dead, you will need to take a picture of the dead coral and send us an email within 24 hours of delivery. We will either exchange, replace the coral, give a store credit on a future order or refund your payment. If the delivery service arrives on time and you are not there to receive your coral, we are not responsible for DOA coral.
Shipping Policy
All shipments will receive tracking information with invoice.
Orders placed before 1:00 pm CST can ship same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm CST will go out next shipping day.
Shipping Schedule:
Monday thru Thursday~ FedEx Priority
Monday thru Friday~ Southwest. (same day delivery may be available)
Shipping can change based upon inclement weather and other conditions.
