DOA Policy
PLEASE TAKE TEMPERATURE OF SHIPMENT WHEN YOU RECEIVE ORDER
Coral orders are guaranteed to arrive alive. They are not returnable. In the event they arrive dead, you will need to take a picture of the dead coral and send us an email with picture within 24 hours of delivery. We will either replace the coral or give a store credit on a future order. If the delivery service arrives on time and you are not there to receive your coral, we are not responsible for DOA coral.
Shipping Policy
All shipments will receive tracking information with invoice.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm CST can ship same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm CST will go out next shipping day.
Shipping Schedule:
Monday thru Thursday~ FedEx Priority
Monday thru Friday~ Southwest. (same day delivery may be available)
Monday thru Friday~ American Airlines (prepaid service $69 a box, just pick up and go, same day delivery may be available)
Shipping can change based upon inclement weather and other conditions.
